After two episodes of GoT, I remain unconvinced.

Give it a few more. Up to about episode 5. If you're still not sure, but don't dislike it, finish the first series. Then if your still not convinced then leave it there. Personally, I was hooked from episode 1.

This sums up my exam today...

Hopefully it's not as bad as you think. Unless you walked out after 10 minutes, in which case, yeah you've probably failed. Nothing you can do about it now though, so just try and forget about it!

I like some American shows, but must assume they either don't make serious programmes or we never buy them. I feel they often start with a good premise, but, if successful, they do it to death. I got so fed up with it I've stopped watching any series that I think will go this way...life is too short to watch season after season of diminishing quality where the end never comes. I like gritty drama...often wish I'd watched The Wire as I think I might have liked that. I also like the way that British tv is willing to do a 3 or 4 episode series as a one off. America will only produce dramas if it has potential for many series. Enjoying The Fall at the moment.

As was I. I'm really struggling with this whole, having to wait a week between episodes lark. The gap between S3 and 4 is gonna kill me.

I'll have to fill that gap with other programmes. It'll be a chance to get into The Wire. You should get into Archer.

In that case I REALLY suggest watching S4 before it is available to the public , no matter what it takes ! Unless that's going to kill you as well.......

Headaches and shakes this week without my fix. How come there wasn't one this week?

Bloody memorial weekend, whatever that is. They aired an episode on that weekend last year and it lost 500,000 viewers so now they're just skipping it.
