This is possibly going to slay me, after my little culture exchange with Dan, but I visited my Mum the other day and on the Yesterday channel was Lovejoy. And we sat and watched it and we loved it. It was cute, warm, undemanding, humorous, well written, well acted, and wonder of wonders, Lovejoy [Ian McShane] broke the 4th wall, which I'd totally forgotten about. And the Anglian scenery ain't at all bad either.

Oh really, don't take the rejection so hard. I do know that it's a very nice phone indeed. :)
 
Only watch, football, Misfits, G.O.T, Family Guy and NCIS Los Angeles(yes it is a bit cheesy). Want to watch The Wire and Breaking Bad.
 
I'd advise watching breaking bad pretty soon, the mid season break ends in august, and there are only 8 episodes left to air.

Ah yeah. I used to like Skins too. I liked the first series the best. But maybe that's just because I was...urhm 17 at the time. Liked the second cast too, but think that was mainly due to Effy and the lesbians. Hated the third cast, but saw quite a bit of it because my gf liked it. The only shining light being Mini.
 
Just watched Would I Lie To You...the only show that makes me cry with laughter, especially when things turn out to be true...like the actress who agreed to a tattoo on breakfast television, because she was told it would fade. Years later she still has 'cheeky' written on her rear end.

I had never heard of it , mrs J got me to watch a couple , they were very good .

Ahh yes. Can be very funny. I've probably seen every episode. You can watch them on youtube and I think there's quite a few still on 4od.
