**** new signings, we have a bunch of young players who need to be given a chance to develop. If they are an exceptional talent that can be picked up for a song then great but other than that no. We have a decent squad and plenty of potential in the development squad, we have a start promoting players from it or what's the ****ing point! I want to get to a point when a minimum of 50% of our squad is developed in house.

Hooper's got one year on his contract (as you know) so £8m is hardly 'comedy,' and if you were in the Premier League perhaps you could command over £16m for Wanyama, but outside the major European leagues only Belgium, Holland & Portugal can currently command that type of price for players.
Hooper will be sold for £4million... Wanyama wil be sold for £9million to £12 million ... He has more potential than McGeady who was sold for £9.5million
