The 4th signing for Monaco that Tancredi Palmeri was alluding to the other day is Victor Valdes.
Knew about this transfer about 2 weeks ago, Tancredi is slipping.
Thought it was going to be some one else as I've read Monaco want 6 big names in this summer.
