The whole thing about getting automatic promotion instead of through the playoff was to give more time to bring in players.

Cardiff have been linked with Kenwyn Jones from Stoke, Mackie from DQPR and McAnuff from Reading a while back.
Steve Bruce will have set the wheels in motion prior to his going away on holidays so i guess that we have a water tight recruitement process in place. No leeks please we are not welsh. <whistle>

If Watford win the PO Final it will be interesting to see what they do and IF they can do anything with this supposed transfer embargo in place until 31st august. ;)

If someone offered me loads of money to either move to Manchester or move to Monaco, I know which one i'd choose.

Thw owner of Mnaco has loads of money. Falcão probably going too and Lisandro Lopez from Lyon.

Probably on a previous page but Fulham have signed three. Reither has converted his loan into a permanent deal. Also signing are Fernando Amorebieta and Derek Boateng.

Not sure I know much about either other than hearing their names. Fernando Amorebieta was from Bilbao who seem to be hosting a fire sale with a few departures already.

With three signings early doors it looks like the rumours of Jol being moved on are unlikely
 
Wigan chairman Dave Whelan says that he is confirdent of manager Roberto Martinez staying and leading Wigan back to the PL as Cardiff boss Malky Mackay says that he is happy @ Cardiff and is busy sorting out new players.

Leeds manager Brian McDermott says that he wants Reading old boys Kevin Doyle and Stephen Hunt for next season.

Darren Bent will be leaving Aston Villa this summer. So says manager Paul Lambert.

WBA have released winger Jerome Thomas and defender Gonzalo Jara. both available as Fats.

Alan Pardew has been told by Newcastle owner that he must do better next season. Could be worth a little flutter as the first manager to be sacked next season.
 
Cardiff allegedly in for Danny Graham from Sunlan - How many strikers have they got / do they need????????????
