    FC Barcelona have reached an agreement with Santos for Neymar. The Brazilian player will join FC Barcelona for the next five seasons.

    Since Real Madrid missed out on Neymar, I can see them offering big money for Bale.

    Saw an article say they would offer £60mil.

    It's how they win the Bundesliga nearly every year. Even if they don't need the players, they buy them so that the opposition is weaker.

    Pretty ****ish tactics if you ask me.

    I agree, it's bad for German football! I heard an argument, that both Manchester clubs have bought quite a few of Arsenals players recently.

    Newly promoted Crystal Palace manager Ian Holloway (aka, Alex McJockStrap) has said that they are now on a hiding to nothing and he shall seek Sam Allardyce's advice on how to stay up. Thank goodness we have Steve Bruce.

    Mark Hughes odds on as the new Stoke City manager. Now that shall be a very interesting watch if it happens.

    One media outlet on yesterday has Arsenal Midfielder Arsenne Wenger looking to sign Lyons 22 year old midfielder Clement Grenier. :emoticon-0116-evilg

    I dont see The Hood look-a-like(Daniel Levy) taking a penny under £100m for Bale and why should he. ?

    Real Madrid will play 2nd fiddle again next season to Barcelona. imo.

    Released keeper Rob Peet has just signed for Ilkeston FC in the Northern Premier League Premier Division.

    The closest he ever got to playing for us, was being on the bench on January 7th, 2012 for the FA Cup game against Ipswich.

    I think you will find that Palace have one of Chelsea, Arsenal or Tottenham as there opening game. At least 2 of the 3 promoted clubs normally get the opening fixtures from hell ? Lol.

    Ive been told that we have asked the PL for our opening fixture to be at home due to the road works and road closure for 2 weeks starting on monday 19th august until 1st august.. With the other 2 weekends being away.
    Dont think there has ever been an opening day fixture between 2 of the promoted clubs. Normally fodder for the big guns. ;) :emoticon-0116-evilg
