Confirmed safe on the same day. Thank **** for that.

Always had a soft spot for you guys, as I've said before, you're a big club without any of the "billy big-bollocks" arrogant attitude of a Chelsea/Arsenal/ManU etc with some seriously dedicated fans. A premier league without a Newcastle is a big miss in my eyes.

Hughton has had his knockers in our camp, but the majority are still with him because they can see he's trying to build a team. He's a class act and I definitely want him at the club.

Best of luck next year guys.

<cheers>

Congrats to you boys too!

Glad Chrissy has kept you up. Most Toon fans have. Lot of respect for him. Top bloke and a great pro.

Best of luck for next season - in the Premier League! <ok>

Yeah well done to you, Norwich and Chris Hughton, richly deserved.

You could clearly see today they really wanted to grab safety convincingly leaving nowt to chance, whereas we limped rather meekly over the line.

The Canaries will do better next year with Ricky Van Wolfswinkel banging them in, which I'm 100% certain he will do.

Thanks for the sentiment, glad Norwich have survived the drop also, <ok>

Fantastic Norwich have survived. They've had some good wins this season and stayed up, first big step, and I think Chris will continue the upward curve next year!

I was worried for you lot, but you proved me wrong. 4-0 against WBA is a fantastic result and your place in next years Premier League is thoroughly deserved

Well done to you lot (and to Norwich too) still squeaky bum time for us but I'm still hopeful for games against you both next season (and I don't mean in f*****g cup games!)

Just keep in mind Wigan need maximum points to survive. Your Goal difference will be your saviour

Wait, are we both really safe? No right?

Edit: Ok my bad, just found out Villa have to play Sunderland, and 1 of them will definitely finish below us. Assuming Wigan pick up 6 points, and we lose, we'll still not go down.

SAFE!
