Why would it be a stupid decision? Everton are a regular top 6 or 7 place in the EPL. He'd be foolish not to take it.

Everton are a good club, they are they type of club a manager should consider good support realistic ambition and a very good youth set up. It might be earlier than ideally he would have liked but it one of the better jobs in the EPL and he should take it if he wants to manage in the EPL IMO. As for a replacement **** knows, wouldn't want O'Neil back that's not going forward and he's struggled to develop with the modern game in the last few years.
