I think he respects Adam too much to jump ship. When we took him, he said it was because he was 'wanted'. He's still clearly wanted here, minus TWF and I think he views it at a long term project that hes only part way in. Knowing him if he went to West Ham he'd have to buy Fryatt off us for a start ...

He's not done a "great" job at all, he's done an OK job, "good" if you're an optimist.

I'd give NP 7/10 this season.

At the beginning I was thinking maybe challenge for play-offs, which we just about did. Then with the true cost of the financial mis-management it looked to be going tits up, administration, -10pts and L1, so I as many changed the target to survival. Then with our saviours the Allams coming in I revised by target to mid-table which we've done. I fact 11th.

NP's signings have been mostly positive with the exception of James Blunt whilst Mclean is still under the microscope. But even SAF gave a contact to Eric Djemba-Djemba so you can't win them all!

Next season we'll be in a better position to "judge". I think we have to be Top 8.

Rome wasn't built in a day although Milton Keynes may have been..

I'd give Pearson a strong 8/10 for last season (maybe 9/10 if you're an "optimist")

Anything below top 8 next season would be very disappointing indeed
 
This story has made the SSN iPhone app homepage! I think it's the 3rd time we have been mentioned all season and thats after we lost to Boro and 'spoilt' the QPR party.

I aren't worried about this though as I think he will be some distance down their shortlist. TWF last season was hardly dissapointing considering the mess we were in at the beginning of the season, with a strong start next season we will do better!
 
I started a thread above about who we could get to replace him if he left, am guessing the obvious Pearson bashers would go for Tangoman, but who knows?!
