I think I read also that Malaga are accusing Platini of orchestrating a conspiracy to ensure that they didn't go through!...
Related to Rio Ferdinand by any chance? The draw will go as follows: Bayern vs Barca and Real vs Dortmund. They will separate the sides out.
The fact that Real and Dortmund, 2 of the semi finalists were in City's group says a lot and perhaps vindicates their poor performance in Europe a little bit. Man U and all the other English sides are absolutely nowhere near that level. The 4 semi finalists are above and beyond anything the PL has to offer, if you can't see that now I guarantee you'll see it soon when it keeps on repeating itself.
Okay, come back at the end of next season then and tell us the same Speaking of the Champions League, it's funny how Juventus' CL campaign mirrored ours. Beating the holders soundly to top their group and then well beaten by a top CL side. As I recall that makes them an embarrassment to their nation, I shudder to think what that makes Chelsea, who couldn't even beat them.
Barcelona scraped past PSG, having had a scare v Milan, beaten by Celtic in the group stages when still all to play for.....Real Madrid had a lucky break v Utd when looking set to go out and didn't look too solid v Galatasaray and Dortmund fluked their way past Malaga. Only Bayern have looked consistently good. DL keeps trotting out his mantra that these sides are far ahead of the English ones. Why?
out of interest why did you want us out? I'd love to play Spurs in the semis/final and surely us playing more games is better for you.
It would amuse me Normally I'd enjoy meeting you guys(would much rather in the semis) but this top 4 run in is stressful enough, I don't think I could cope with anymore
EVERYTHING about watching Spurs is stressful. As it has been for years. We never do anything the easy way.
