What a great professional performance by Saints, fan's were brilliant - the Lallana tune when he was about to come on was timed perfectly! Great win, just wished we didn't sing we are staying up at full time <ok>
 
Good performance, good result, good support. Managed to show support for Adkins, Pochettino and Cortese throughout the course of the game.

And the team. Very happy.
 
Outstanding, really getting excited about this team the more and more I see them under Poch. Jay Rod is flying, and fantastic to get Lallana on the pitch and scoring. COYR.
 
Wish I had gone now, but I have a birthday party to go to in a bit.
 
Completely dominated the second half, I'm surprised how much Reading crumbled, perhaps Pochettino gave a better half time speech than Adkins... Reading really lacked everything in the second half and we looked so comfortable, we really should have scored a few more. Happy days for Southampton.

Then you don't understand how football works. He is a quality footballer. He is adjusting as a 22 year old in a foreign country. Most other people point out his good passing today, but he missed an easy chance and you want him sold.

This lad will be immense.

The thing is; if you'd lost and other results went against you, you would have been back in the thick of it, so I don't think you can blame the fans at the ground for doing so.

A great result for you lot, which has pretty much assured you another season in the Premier League
 
Why are people so happy to turn on their own players? Thought Ramirez played well and also thought Guly did what he was supposed to. He held the ball and passed it around. If you need to make a big deal out of him missing a chance then it suggests personal issues with him rather than footballing ones...
 
Not outstanding by any stretch of the imagination but much better in the second half. Our defence looked a bit iffy especially Hoolveld.

Meanwhile, the weakest player for us was probably Ramirez. Firstly he didn't play very well but also as a team we look better without him. Playing on the right wing is hopeless for him as he just wants to drift into the middle all the time. We had much more width after Lallana came on.
 
Wilkins saying we only have a little ability, I guess he feels sorry for his brother.

Thing is I don't think we can't play Ramirez on the wing. We can only play Ramirez or Davis in the middle I don't feel we can play them both.
