Murray just won the Miami Masters by winning in the tie break in the third set. Mistakes everywhere with about 15 exchanges of serve. Hot humid conditions affecting both men. Murray now ranked second in the world.

 

I gave up watching that when he was about to get broken back in the second set. That'll teach me!

 

She replied within about 15 minutes of me sending the text, and she sounded keen. She even suggested a date! Maybe she is interested? A Tuesday however, so I may try to change it to a Friday or weekend day, but then, if maybe have to get into work the next day exhausted perhaps, it'd be a small price to pay, I think.

I'm due to be at work that day, so I'll be in work attire probably, which is fairly smart. Black trousers, shirt, snazzy Primark jacket. But I may take my non-work glasses in and change pairs on the way there maybe.

 

In other news, our neighbour has installed an excessively bright light at the end of the garden.

Now the old man has gone marching round to ask him to think about doing something. He wants us to get curtains.

It's blinding! I literally looked at it for 2 seconds and my eyes are all blurry.

 

Happened to me. Bright lights so they could sit outside till one in the morning, then go to bed leaving them on all night. I threw a complete wobbler after a month...luckily they moved and the new people are better behaved. Also bought blackout blinds...pretty good.
