I agree, he's definitely a good quality Championship player and would add an option on the left. Watched him in the play-offs and he's still got a good turn of pace for his age. If Koren leaves then Tyson could replace him in that position.
is there going to be any exciting transfer talks this window ? i know NP said that out of the 7 or so transfers some will be exciting and some wont... so far ive only read about the latter. the allams have said more than once that money is available to spend this window, not crazy money of course. yet it seems like we're only targeting free transfers. (i understand wages = money...) i'd like to see us buy a few players from the teams lower in the league, like when Adam Hammill was available earlier for ã500k.. surely there's a few more like that in the leagues that we can go for. instead of 32+ year old freebie's..
i seem to rememeber years ago, he was considered one of the hottest properties in the lower leagues..(was it wycombe?) cant say i recall him doing much in recent years tho...
He scored 39 goals in 68 league games for Wycome. He's scored 33 goals in 176 league games since moving to Forest, where he's now played more as a left winger than a striker, so still not a bad return.
Think he may be offered a new contract @ Forest, maybe they wer waiting to see if they went up as he is not a premiership player?
