Watched Reading v Villa on Setanta.Villa were the better side by a distance and I can see them doing 'arry over next week and putting a halt to the QPR mini revival.
To answer your question, I am a lot happier to have CH as our manager, than you are to have MM as yours!
We'll still be Premier League next year, but where will you be now the bottom lot are picking up wins?
Steady on JWM. You draw with posh away and you are on here giving it the large? Have you looked at the teams below you and the games in hand they have? You could end up right in the mire. We are worried about the style of football we are playing and probably staying in the prem, your issues are far worse.
How am I giving it large? I orignially posted by asking you lot a simple question about Hughton to which I am still waiting a sensible reply...
Watch my lips! Hughton is an excellent manager and one that we're very proud to have, now go away and drown your sorrows!
If I can interrupt here, Dave doesn't speak for everyone. Hughton is not an excellent manager, he is a percentage manager who works on basic principles of football, much like MM. He likes plain, easy football that does not require tactical intuition or adaptability. He follows a formula where the easiest option is the one chosen. I'm far from proud to have him managing my club, in fact I find him to be quite the opposite.
Don't worry Warky, next time we meet Hughton's army will give you the mother of all 0 - 0s <that's one more point in the bag, only 37 more nil nils and we're safe>
JWMm I started this thread specifically for the purpose of analysing the relegation battle at the bottom of the Premiership. Now,I am not saying that our style of play isn't a concern to many but this isn't really the thread to carry on a trans A140 feud.Of course you could start a Championship Relegation Watch.
Latest Odds changes: After this weekend's matches the odds now are Reading 1/7 on. QPR 4/7 on. Wigan 5/6 on. Villa 5/4 agin. Saints 3/1 Sunderland 9/1 Norwich 16/1 West Ham 25/1 Stoke 33/1 Geordies 33/1
Did this weekend's result seem worse than it actually is, as all the teams at the bottom were playing each other it was inevitable that clubs were going to gain some ground. I think that 16/1 will change dramatically if we dont win out of our next 2 games.
