Yeah, very good penalty. Confident. He had a decent game, although the Phil Brown long ball tactic is still evident in his game.

TBH I personally don't want another Yorkshire derby next season.

Got rid of the Blunts and don't want to replace them with Udders - hopefully Peterboro or even the MK Dons to beat the wessies in the final at OT.

Nice to see Grayson being well received. <laugh>

Pretty happy Hudders have gone through, hope they go on to win the final and trash that ****hole of a stadium it's being staged at. Easy away trip to the Galpharm next season and it's probably the fourth best Yorkshire derby after the Sheffield clubs and Bradford. I still find it hilarious how they sold out for their game against Leeds but haven't sold out for their last two playoff semi-final home legs.

Hardly a surprise though, it's not like a game at Huddersfield requires someone from Leeds to have an overnight stay in a hotel is it? Huddersfield is as good as a home game for Leeds, and even after adding on the train fare it's probably cheaper for a Leeds fan to go to the game in Huddersfield than it would be the return fixture.

Means when you go there the crowd is effectively drawing from their home crowd and your home crowd combined as well as the extras on both sides that turn up for local derby games. For the playoff games it drops to being their home crowd plus local glory supporters. It's a much smaller pool.

Considering they finished third, 16 points ahead of fourth, they really deserve to go up and I quite fancy playing them next season. I'd quite like us to buy Danny Ward off them first though.

Hope Town come up, nothing to do with me living in Huddersfield, honest!

And whoever said the train fare, it's £3 return to Leeds from Huddersfield on the train, so it hardly breaks the bank, unlike Bournemouth!

Only people on Huddersfield's database were able to buy tickets in the home section.

That'll should pretty much guarantee it's cheaper for a Leeds fan to go to the away game than the home game then.

I was just talking about 'home' fans over the two games, but now Bournemouth fans have been mentioned, it was bad enough coming back from Orient in the playoffs having lost in normal time on a Wednesday night (as it was UEFA Cup Final night I assume it was a Wednesday) nevermind having to make the trip from Huddersfield to Bournemouth midweek having lost on penalties after extra time. Bet there weren't many of them at work this morning.

Having been to one of the L1 games between you I can guarantee you there were a lot of Leeds fans in the home section. Either the restriction wasn't in place the first season, or as it was an all ticket game that time all those Leeds fans were in the database. In future years they'd be in the database having previously bought tickets for the game I was at.

I too attended a game between the two teams, and noticed people in the wrong sections.

Isn't Danny Ward on loan from Bolton? Or is that a different one?

    Same one.

Game was cracking last night. The three league one semis have pissed all over the Championship for enjoyment.

Kilbane was absolutely abysmal. 70% of the time he booted the ball high into the air in Sean Long style and then he gave the ball away nearly every other time. He made a couple of decent tackles, nearly had his leg taken off and took a good pen. He's still garbage, I hope they want to keep him.

Danny Ings looks a good prospect. Cooper had a good game at the back for Bournemouth too. Where did huddersfield get Afobe from? He's a right donkey.

I thought Danny Ward looked a bit good to be playing for Uddersfield, how a bout a six month loan to cover our left wing deficiency?
