Can I put Zidane's Left Foot in a bap?
If so, that would be mine. Thanks.

:emoticon-0112-wonde okay then.....

OK ISTPLT, for you, how if I added "In the US a Philadelphia Cheesesteak blah blah blah" and "Overall a Chip Buttie can't be beaten. As someone else said "End of."

Those things are fantastic. Had one on a trip to Philly (obviously), it was the best thing I ate over there.

Banana with grated Kit Kat or a little cocoa spread over the top of the banana, and Kit Kat NOT Kit E Kat :)

Well I like a catfish poboy living in Louisiana its basically a fish sandwich on a breadcake with a little lettuce and tomatoe and some secret sauce. bit spicy and very nice. If you are ever on holiday in New Orleans I highly recomend it

It is a good sandwich. The crawdad version is my particular favorite.

There is surely no debate - corned beef and salad needs salad cream - in a large soft white roll..

Roll Sydney a roll!! You've been away too long mate. Breadcake!!

What I want to know is at home corned beef in that weird shaped tin. Get one from skeletons and its in big slices, wats that all about.

Corned beef n onion in a skellys bread cake was a quality sarny

Years ago on the corner of Marfleet Lane and Hedon Road there was a place called the sandwich bar that was better know as Puffy Rays as the owner and helper were gay. But the sandwiches flew off the shelf. Made whilst you waited and in full view. Quality and nothing compared to them then and since.

You just stayed away from the mayonaise as rumours leaked of what went into it,. <yikes>

It is popular but all true Capitals fans would never acknowledge anything good coming out of PA.

Is there an equivalent to AKCJ in PA Ellewoods ? I could take on the role 'cos I was fond of the Flyers in the Bobby Clarke etc era ! Some great games against the Leafs there were.....but I'm changing the subject...

Just a much bigger tin mate, that's all.

I much preferred Haslet.

In a Drewery's bread cake.

From Endike Lane.

They are far worse really. Philly fans more so than Pittsburgh fans. In a way you all would be much more likely to have seen the types of stuff they do, everything from booing players who are injured, to throwing batteries at players on the other team, to attacking santa clause with snowballs on chirstmass. They even have a judge and a courtroom in eagles stadium to process all the fans who are arrested. They are beyond obnoxious. Their teams in all sports really havent been that good for a very long time which makes their attitude all the more annoying. Perhaps they are similar to leeds.

Sounds a bit like Tranna, except the obnoxious bit - not been a winning team here since the 60's, unless you count the Blue Jays, which I don't as baseball stinks. The supporters just don't show up in a vocal sense...a bit like what I've gathered happens at the KC - sadly. I'll find out in a couple of weeks - back home for the last 4 home games...can't wait. In Leeds defense...they do have passionate supporters - just not a very good team & are still living in the past. The idea of a judge at hand at the ground is intriguing.

My girls didnt eat their tea tonight so I had to stick it in a sandwich, Chicken nugget and potato waffle then added ketchup mayo and a slash of tabasco..............................grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrreat

Thick white bread, marg, strong cheddar, thick-cut onion and squashed together by my dad's hands (still don't know why he did that) as he passed them to me at City games when I was a kid......I've never tasted food that good and I've been to that fancy Heston Bloomingwhatsit's restaurant!

I love this idea everyone has that all leftovers can only be eaten in sandwich form. Never heard of it before this thread.

Like if something really needs eating, just chuck it in a sandwich.

I don't even get the logic behind it I'm just finding the idea funny.

Need to try some of these weird sandwiches. I'm probably too boring with my choice of fillings usually.

Spag bol in a sarnie is really good, with a bit of cheese grated on the top.

I love a bacon, mushroom and cheese toastie with loads of red sauce, even better with a couple of sausages in there.

the two best sandwiches in the world are

Italian bread (ciabatta for example) pesto, mozarella, parma ham, olive oil

and

Bacon and brie in a soft french baguette.

This thread taught me that, so after tea the other day i chucked the leftover varieties of meat and potatoes in some thick bread a dollop of bbq sauce and that tasted.. Incredible! Never woulda had the idea before
