Was at the game today , looked pretty average , nugent and vardy both poor , Good atmosphere though shame loads of Leicester kicked out. We need some goals from somewhere but the only player who showed any threat up front was Morgan , Gotta beat Blackburn tue

How much do you think the pitch affected the game? It sounded like we were still trying to play football at times which was a mistake. Still, the peno should have saw us win the game.

Pitch was bad and it was a factor but we had no confidence , Nugent had a shocker again and Vardy seems well out of his depth. We were the better side and a lot of simple passes went astray , Marshall couldn't put a decent corner/Ball in all day , wether that was the pitch or just an off day I don't know. Completely different side to five games ago confidence wise

Of course it's an "if". It's in the future! <doh>

Should we discount the fact we have games in hand? The league isn't accurate until we've played the same amount.

Your game next sat is a must-win. After that you have three away games, including Palace, plus in-form Forest at home. The only team you've beat away post Christmas is free-falling Millwall. And we can see today what can happen on the road...[/

Speaking of must win games your dont win your two games in hand and your ****ed !

Are we? Like we've seen today, you will certainly lose points here and there. Hopefully Watford will have a slump soon too (Zola for manger of the month please!).

Obviously we need to get back to winning ways soon though. Tuesday would be a good start and will make everyone feel better.

Could really have done with Wood burying that penalty.

Still think Marshall should have taken it.

Yeah, easy to say that in retrospect. My initial instinct was "don't let Marshall take it!". Perhaps they should have let Kane take it, get the lad off to a flyer!

Marshall scored a penalty against Blackpool already this season.

By the way, do anyone hear Jason Bourne's faux pas on Radio Leicester today:

Bourne: "Well we have Blackpool on Tuesday..."
Pearson: "You mean Blackburn?"
Bourne: "Yes, sorry, too many blacks... in the names of the teams that is..."

Good recovery.

He obviously got the wrong identity, someone should give him an ultimatum.

At least you got a point although when you miss a penalty its frustrating but for us i went all that way £40 in petrol plus tickets and its game over after 7 minutes, very disappointing but that's football i suppose, mind you 44 years watching football i have never been to a game and it been over after 7 mins. so if your down in the dumps on here think of me and my daughter

You got off lightly, I spent £89 on tickets, £40 on juice and then bought meals that were so ****e that we left them all and walked out. I was already £180 down before I saw us lose in the first eight minutes. <laugh>

Although you say it was game over, the way things have gone for us, I was convinced you'd get back into it!

Like you said, not many times that happens. I'm sure that's no consolation today though.
