Sorry, even though the ball boy was being a cocky little ****, there is no excuse for a professional footballer to kick him, none at all. If he'd kicked another player for not giving the ball back he would have been sent off too. Kicking a ball boy is just complete stupidity, and he'll rightly get a ban and a fine

The FA won't give a **** about that. Swansea will probably ban him from ever being a ball boy again, that's it. Hazard though has just kicked a ball boy and is going to get the ****ing book thrown at him. No matter what a cocky little **** the ball boy is, a professional footballer cannot do that.

Similarly if a 17 year old footballer was wasting time and even a 40 year old player kicked him, there would be nothing made of it. He would get sent off and a 3 match ban and that would be it. Now we're hearing about several months bans and even the Police becoming involved.
It was a brain fart by Hazard. I've taken the liberty (pun intended) of reading this kids tweets, and he seems like a grade A tool. I know Yohan Cabaye shoved a ballboy last year, and escaped serious punishment, so if the FA are fair, Hazard should get a 3 game ban at most.

but there's no way to prove he meant to kick him, he tried to remove the ball from a cheat's grasp and has apparently injured him in the process without meaning to. Not sure what's cocky about it if that's the excuse he gives, if anyone was cocky it was the ball boy.
