Very very very very close. One inaccuracy in there and even then its a technicality!. Bonus point to whoever gets it!
It was an actual H16. Two 1.5 V8's flattened to 180 degrees and placed on top of each other to form what was in effect a double-boxer configuration.
On the basis you got everything correct, including the number of cylinders, over to you! Here's a better shot :- please log in to view this image As a bit of trivia, was the only time a race was won with an engine of more than 12 cylinders.

It wasn't famed for reliability. Vibration issues were the main problem. You'd have thought BRM wouldn't have tried another 16 cylinder as their V16 of the early 50's wasn't a success. Does make a pretty mean noise though! Could be worse, could be a Life W12............
Yea, I had completely forgotten, BRM had actually built an H configuration, but it does sound good eh. I've found some drawings if you want to build one.
