Sorry mate - you clearly haven't got a clue about the Cardiff team regulars.

Apart from our CBs Hudson at 6'1" and Turner at 6'4", only right back Connolly is anywhere near them - the rest of the side are quite small and not physical at all. Even our frontman Helguson is only about 5' 10" and Bellamy about a foot shorter <laugh>.

Mind you, if Rudy Gestede gets brought on up front, your CB's will need a step ladder.

Our midfield selection from Whitts, Cowie, Conway, Gunnarson, Mason, Kimbo and Noone, are amongst the smallest in physical stature in the division - none of them are big lads at all.

Our away game with you on Saturday will be played on the floor as far as we're concerned, like we just did at Blackburn to dump them 4-1 at their place.........

.........then we played Peterborough at home last week..........<doh>

we would prefer you come here and try and play. Not many teams do it here as when they do they lose

You probably get the same at your place

Yeah, teams that come to play often get beaten here.

Fair enough guys. We've been great at home but we had a pretty poor away record up till a few weeks back. Most down here think we approached away games with the wrong attitude, looking to keep the point we start with.

Malky seems to have thankfully changed that philosophy recently (he must read our forum) and the results have started to come.

Take your point about taking on a footballing side at their own game on their own patch, but then again we can play a bit too - we're definitely not top of the division through lumping it up and clogging the opposition.

If both you and us play football to the best of our respective abilities, in other words without fear of losing, this could be the best Championship game of the season. My only worry is that deep down, both clubs would rather the draw than risk the other winning.

We could really do with a win though. I think we will go all out, but if it looks like we arent controlling the game tighten up and settle for a point.

Yeah, sounds like Cardiff are the sort of side we usually do well against.

It's going to be a big ask- Cardiff are an excellent side and will get automatic promotion this season imho, but I think we have a genuine chance of beating them, and if so it could be just the boost our team needs. It's a shame I'm off visiting family as I'd have loved to have gone but not sure my nerves'll take it. I'll be supporting in spirit though!

You've got more than just a genuine chance of beating us Fantastic - we've been shaky on the road up till a few games ago.

We've been 2 goals up twice and still lost it. We led Palace at their place 2-0 and sat back - result we let them back in and they beat us 3-2.

Charlton was another debacle. 2-0 up again at the Valley and then we let them put bloody 5 past us - we were playing like the Keystone Cops. Pulled a couple back at the death but lost it 5-4.

I think we've learnt from that and won't sit back if we get our noses in front. Our game at Blackburn seemed to sum up a different attitude and we went on to stuff them 4-1.

I hope both you and us don't give each other too much respect on the pitch and go for it. The other teams around us would like to see us draw, but 3 point results are the only way to get out of this division. This point apiece stuff is rubbish and only helps the others. <ok>

Any predictions for tommorow? I reckon we will win 1-0 with an unlikely scorer

I will go with 1-0 Ritchie De Laet to score

I would have thought now you're tie top you'd want us to win. Unless you fear us, of course. <ok>

There's half a season to go, I'd rather our competitors dropped points by drawing with each other for now.

And Sparkey is a decent bloke, so I'd rather he didn't lose.

Hey scooterman - I love you too. That was a very good win last night against my dark horse tip for the playoffs.

Young Clough has got a good side together this season blending some youngsters and experienced players - despite your win, I don't think the playoff hopefulls have seen the last of them this season. They're getting better all the time - we only managed a draw there a couple of weeks back and it was so close.

Today's Leicester/Cardiff game has got a draw written all over it for me, and probably we'd be happier than Leicester with that.

Can't let my head rule my heart on this one though. I've already posted on our forum prediction league a win for us by the odd goal in three.

Bellamy is getting back into the swing this past fortnight after all the upset surrounding his recent divorce, and seems more focused than ever. I've put him down to get one and obviously Whitts is bound to get the other with another dead ball screamer.

Whatever happens today, it's all so close and this wont be over until well after Easter.

I just love the look of our last game of the season - Hull City v Cardiff City @ the KC on May 4th - that could be a real decider one way or another.
