Brady had a good game today because Evans kept finding him with a pass from left side midfield. Who do you think was giving the ball to Brady. The Invisible Man ?
I know it's difficult, but if you just watch Evans and not the game for a couple of minutes you'll realise how much he does. Off the ball he is tireless, brakes up play and makes a number of timely interceptions. For the record, Evans wasn't subbed on form, he picked up a knock and signalled that a sub was required to Bruce.
Nothing wrong at all with Corry Evans today, thought he had a decent game. Is he the next in line because McShane and McLean weren't playing?

I'm guite happy to see Cairney replace Meyler, he's a talented lad and Evas doesn't deserve the grief he's getting, he made a few more loose passes than he did in the past couple of games, but he still played his part(Meyler gave the ball away just as much, if not more).

I heard today that Sunderland have definately recalled Meyler and it was his last game today.
Anyone else heard that?
At times he payed as if he was not really bothered but in the last ten minutes seemed to step up a gear and had 3 cgances.Saved-bar- scored.
What was the celebration about?
I like Evans, he does his job and is very intelligent, more so than Cairney though Cairney being more mobile might help him loads, ten out of ten for whoever did his rehab work am not clued up on the medical staff
