Thought he did well when he came on. If Meyer does get recalled I think he can slot into the midfield no problem. I would keep Koren up front, thought he was superb today.

That flick to Quinn was brilliant !

Thought he looked good too. Never gives possession away and looks a lot more athletic/agile now he's lost weight.

Shame he's wasted 3 years by being fat if that's the case.

Club should have monitored his choc diet.

No wonder he had pizza face

Was that him who put his head in when it looked like the Huddersfield player was going to do an over head kick in our box?

    If so incredibly brave.

    Looks alot thinner now.

Great display by TC after the abject performance by Evans. The silly ****s who harp on about TC's lwft foot should look at Evans pathetic attempted left foot cross on 45 mins and TC's roght foot cross in the second half.

Oh and Agro, your a pathetic in the closet old **** **** off back to CI.

It is like adding a new player to the squad and competition for places. Thought he looked useful and up to the pace. If he gets his head on he can be a class player.

Teece looked great and you couldn't tell he'd just returned from a long-term injury (same goes for Hobbs). But Evans offers our team a lot. Keeps running all game, his touch is still poor and so is his shooting. However, his passing is improving and I think the others will to. He loves a battle Evans, and our midfield looks lost without him sometimes.

The boy stunk the place out today. Glad me and Brucey could see it. If Oli had played like that the board would be going mental. First pass to Elmo cut out, first pass to Brady cut out, Shrugged off the ball constantly by their number 8.

Meyler is going back we urgently need to sort out a CM.

Taking the piss, that's his worst game in a while. Oli plays like that all the time.

I know it's difficult, but if you just watch Evans and not the game for a couple of minutes you'll realise how much he does. Off the ball he is tireless, brakes up play and makes a number of timely interceptions. For the record, Evans wasn't subbed on form, he picked up a knock and signalled that a sub was required to Bruce.

No we really don't... we're 4th in the table and 3 points off top, ffs. Our only real issue is getting a striker who will get onto these balls Brady and Elmo are putting in.

Why do we need to slag off individual players when they have an off-game?
We're three points off the top FFS, cut them some slack.

Good point..Well made. I am sure some of them don't see the games...Evans is getting abuse from some tonight , but I thought he was half decent today...Then some numpty had called in to Blunderside to tell that idiot Lloyd that Alex Bruce had had a shocker etc...etc...What utter bollox!

That's what he was asked to do though. People moaning about sideways passing, it just gives the impression you don't understand football. Our best players are outwide, how else do you expect us to get the ball out wide without passing sideways?

I usually don't rate Evans for his passing and control but I thought it was better today. Thing is we can't all remember every incident in 90 minutes so our memories of the game will all be selective in some way, no need to get angry with each other over it.

Evans wasn't great today - but I didn't think the midfield in general were on top form by a long chalk. Having said that, Evans was our best player at Watford last week so I'm not one of the "slagging players off" brigade. Cairney did well when he came on and was looking to be involved all the time. Not bothered if Meyler goes back to Sunderland - although he was "Johnny on the spot" for the second goal today I didn't think he offered a great deal else TBH.
