Ryan Noble scored twice as our reserves won tonight,so,surely he must play this weekend in the first-team.A regular scorer in the reserve team,Ryan must be given his chance in our remaining games...he can't do any worse than the "fill-ins" that have played up-front!!I say...give the lad a chance for the rest of the season....his heart says Sunderland thro' and thro'....unlike such as Muntari!!
Why was he played today? Brucie played him last Tuesday and he got injured. Did he not learn a lesson then OR does ho not want young ryan to succeed?
We should give him a go, most definitely. Don't blame Bruce, we want to keep him. No, no, no it's Darren Bents fault.
Apparently he has just got injured slipping on a chip - sorry - french fry - at McDonalds, analysis of the CCTV footage confirms that the offending french fry was not dropped by Bruce but rather by a fat munter called Kylie or Jordan or Tiffany.
Start the pair of them. Noble and Lynch have both scored well in the second string. What have we got to loose? (...apart from the match if we don't play them!)
I for one wont be happy if we play our youth squad considering people are paying money too get down there taking time off work ect. Noble has to be played, I would leave the rest as it is.
so i seen. Glad we have an insider on the board, if it wasnt for you i wouldnt have known Wolves v Sunderland was going to be called off because of the Snow ect. Who are we looking to sign Chris?
If I were SB I'd be inclined to play all 3 below, because they have goals in them, unlike the so called "senior" players. It would certainly give some of the regulars a shake to be dumped on the bench for the next match. Lynch - 9 goals in 15 starts Noble - 9 goals in 9 starts Knott - 3 goals in 7 starts
I would play Knott but i thought he was injured. He seems to be very talented, hes always scoring in the U18s and is starting to do the job for the reserves. HE SCORES FREE KICKS TOO!
Yeah, the stats I quoted are from the reserve team. I haven't heard anything about Knott being injured, so you may be right on that one. I've never seen the lad play, but keep hearing great things about him, so can't wait to see him in the flesh (not in a gay way of course!) We desperately need a goal scoring attacking midfielder who can take a decent set piece in the first team and this guy sounds like he fits the bill
Chelsea got rid of him because he is a trouble maker, would that be a concern too you if he had a poor off field tempremant?
I suppose it would depend on what he was getting up to. If he was doing a Carroll/Barton thing getting pissed, hitting women and wanting to fight the world, then that would be a concern for his future development as a player. On the other hand, if it's just a case that the lad is a bit handy and can look after himself, I don't have a problem with that at all. We need some strong characters in the team, because we have been bullied out of too many games this season. If he is of the same character as Catts, that will do nicely for me
