Roflmao I saw a bike that's been lying on the back field for a couple of days, and I thought it was the neighbours daughter's bike. I rarely talk to these neigbours, and I took it round to their house, drunk, and they were awkward as **** XD. I said "Erm,, I saw this bike and I think it's your daughters,m, erm ok" ROFL!
If you were drunk and your speech was slurred, they might have thought you were saying their daughter was a dike.
As much as I love Saylor, I think Willo has been the best CB we've had over the last few games. He's not done much wrong. Colo has been on and off, and Saylor hasn't looked his usual self.
Please tell me you are joking, the guy is a joke and out of his depth was terrible today. Mind you there were 10 other very poor players in black and white.
Colo and Sayor are definitely better than him when at their best, but recently Colo has been inconsistent and poor. Saylor has made poor decisions and not been that impressive. Williamson has dug in and put in some good performances. I love Colo and Saylor, but Willo deserves to be credited for his efforts. If all our defenders were in form, I'd select Saylor and Colo for CB anyday, but Willo steps in when needed and does a job, and I think it's unfair that people have a go at him constantly. The bloke has his weaknesses, but in most of his games, he fills in.
Sitting behind the goal in the GG end, I didn't think Willo had too bad a game today. Certainly no worse than anybody else, although that's not saying much. A bad day at the office, let's hope we wont have to sit through another one like it. It just wasn't the team we've been watching so far.
I'd sell Williamson, and sign two new CB's. One to partner Colo and an up and coming youngster. Easier said than done though. We're about four players away from being very good (on paper at least), but I suppose nearly every team in the league feel that way.
No mate, thankfully not on this occasion. I do go up once/twice a season though and touch wood I've never seen us lose (only been to about 10-12 games mind)!
Jus takes me 45 minutes to get to the ground, the journey home seemed like one of the longest journey's I've ever had.
Yeah it's been a depressing day to be fair, it was a horribly flat performance and we seemed to lack any kind of leader on the pitch. On the bright side we do have a core group of 7/8 top players so hopefully we'll come good soon enough. I've probably been a bit harsh on Pardew tonight in hindsight, just wish we had Swansea tomorrow to help erase today's game from my head! On the bright side we finally have a Saturday 3pm game at last
Where do you travel from AB if you don't mind me asking? The jouneys home always seemed to be long when Fat Sam was in charge!!
Chester le Street area. just hop on a 21 bus on a normal day and get home in what seems no time at all, a bit different yesterday though.
Ah I was just wondering. Northumberland for me but takes about the same amount of time. I either park the car at the office and walk in or get the missus to drop me off if I'm having more than one. I miss my younger days of getting the bus in to be honest, you got a real sense of excitement, especially trudging up to the ground from the Haymarket. I don't miss the mare of getting on the bus home though or the freezing off of my nuts waiting!
