I live in Wellingborough, even more north east of Northampton

 

Sheffield- the best bit of Yorkshire. Might invite Nigel out for a pint on the many occasions I see him in the city (just kidding, he wouldn't come near the **** bit of town I live).

 

I am originally from Leicestershire (Markfield to be specific) but now live in Derby, about quarter of a mile from the city centre. The football club aside, I like Derby - a nice town overall.

The missus and her old man are both passionate ram fans, but they're alright really.

I also work in Nottingham but thankfully have no red dogs around me which is pleasant if a little boring.

 

I now live in Derbyshire too but there's not many Derby fans round here, it's mostly Liverpool.

 

Mountsorrel, which actually has no mountain but there you go. Originally from Groby and spent a fair few years living in Broughton Astley. If I was rich I'd live in Quorn!

I think the Birch lives in or around the Sorrel but that's about it!

I live in Sussex, about 10 minutes south of gatwick. I keep hinting to the wife about moving north of London but she's havin none of it!

 

Obviously I now live in Leighton Buzzard but originally from laterly Blaby prior to that Enderby but from the age of two up untill my late teens lived in Huncote ( nr Narborough for those that don't know ).
Miss Blaby loads....Don't miss City centre much but thats just me ,probably a boring old fart now Iv'e turned 50 !

 

I don't particularly miss the city centre much either, and I'm 19!

 

I'm in Sunny Miami (my user name is a bit of a giveaway!) Moved over here in December 2010 with my american wife. Leicester or Miami, it was a tough decision!

No - I go up the A5199 (Previously A50) takes me straight to Freemans Common where I park.

For the Palace game I went from Wellingborough to Leicester as I was umpiring Hockey at Wrenn School before hand. Only took about an hour from Wellingborough

 

Sounds like you live very close to me. Expensive down here isn't it?

 

I'm originally from leic, then lived in Northampton for 4 yrs, and for the last 20yrs ive lived in sandiacre nottm,(just like my username suggests). It is literally 2 mins from junction 25 of the M1, takes me about 25- 35 mins to get to leic depending on traffic.
Like sandiacre got a mix of florist and derby fans, with the odd stray fox thrown in lol

Yh i'm in haywards heath. i looked at the house prices in leicester and its ridiculous compared to what people pay down here!
