No would only get it if it was for someone very special like a wife or a child I had. Even then I probably wouldn't bother think they are over rated.

 

I have plenty. Each one for a reason. Pick the right artist though as there are some good and some bad ones.

Got a couple. I think the fact you've waited and still want one is a good thing. All I'd say is do some serious research and try to come up with something that means something to you. Just go on google images and type in tattoo ideas. You'll get an idea of what is likely to work for you from there. If you are a top artist yourself or have a mate who is, then make use of it!

I am in the process of looking through some sleeves as I fancy one. I am also looking at one to come from my back and over shoulder onto my chest. My mate got his done by a Japanese expert when he was in London for a few days. He got this massive cockerel which is very colourful and to be honest pretty good.
