Simon Mignolet is been watched by AC Milan (Italia Star)

wonder how much truth there is in this

there was a report about a year ago reporting their interest, but it was in belgian...and i dont speak belgian....

Milan apparently have watched him for a while, there was talk that Udinese planned to sign him BEFORE he came here, so there has long been interest from Italy.

The lad needs a new 5 year deal now, he's been the best in the league this season by a ****ing mile, and if we don't tie him down soon, people will start sniffing.

totally agree

Was just saying yesterday that I wouldnt be surprised if a top 4 Spanish or Italian team who looking at him.

There's a few top teams who need keepers, and week after week we are seeing Mig pull of wonder-saves a plenty.

There's an obvious risk if he's on a pissy contract, I know the lad himself did an interview saying he's anything but materialistic, but agents, and the fact that the lad could easily be at a CL club, mean we're wide open to a hit.

He's clearly worth more than he was when he signed, and he needs a deal to reflect that, I'd love to see the lad stay here for 10 years plus.

I was saying yesterday to my father whilst watching the game i wouldnt be surprised if a CL team comes in for him. For that to happen tho he is going to have to seriously work on his distribution and then he would be an all round world class keeper

They may just keep watching him for the time being. I'm not convinced the fella has a clue how to set up a wall or position himself on free kicks.

They can have Craig Gordon for nowt! If CG is healthy he's a terrific keeper, so if anyone is prepared to wait...?

Mig is definitely ours, though, so hands off!
