Or some people take genuine concern for squad depth as moaning?
    Yeah?

People come on here to discuss things as it's a forum, can't understand why people would think it would all be opinions they would agree with. Only an idiot would agree with everything going on.

Left wing - Quinn, Aluko, Dudgeon
Right wing - Aluko, Elmomahady, Mclean

    Should be enough

And i agree its a discussion forum and that old ****ing chestnut blah blah blah

But when its every decision the manager makes its not really discussing things is it, it turns into a witch hunt, only an idiot wouldnt spot that.

The type of people who go on 'footy-mad' (cringe) are new fan type, foam hand waving ****wits who think standing up at football should be greeted with a lifetime banning order.
You're better off out of it.

I don't know why everyone is crying over Cam Stewart!! He's ****ing rubbish and has been a consistent waste of a shirt for the past 6-8 months. He might be a winger we have in the squad but he offers nothing. Can't beat a man, can't tackle, can't cross and can't shoot.
    Good riddance!!

    Or straight at the 'keeper.

Could it be that Bruce was only allowed a certain number of players at the club or that there was a set wage bill and letting Stewart go for 6 months allowed him to sign someone else?

God knows what makes you think he can't shoot. If you look at his efforts on goal for us, he strikes a ball better than most of our strikers.

Finally some who dont think Cam stewart is the next Ronaldo haha!! all you have to do is a few step overs in footy and regardless of your end product your amazing.

We need Assists from both flanks, Cam sadly doesnt provide them, Quinn on the other hand does, so well done Brucey in adressing another problem. Not saying Cam wont develop into a good player but at the moment when were trying to build a team capable of promotion hand on heart can you honestly say Stewarts good enough to be in a top 6 starting eleven??? bit too soon in my opinion.

Think thats a good shout about the wage thing maybe need to let a few leave on loan with wages covered to free up space.

Doesn't matter if he's striking it into the stands, he's scored one goal for us and that was via a deflection, he most certainly can't shoot!

So then we only have 1 left back and 2 fit strikers. Our squad last year wasn't big enough. It's now got smaller and is now definitely not big enough.

Cheers mucker, do try and keep realistic haha!!

Just annoying me the way loads are jumping on the lets knock brucey at every turn bandwagon.

Suprised players and managers even want to come here with the attitude of some fans, nothings ever good enough.

Must just be Hull as a city in the doldrums, i go watch the egg chasing too and the moaning and groaning in the east stand at Fc games is shocking. are we the most depressed city ever? haha!!!

He most certainly can shoot. Like I said, he strikes a ball better than most of our strikers and it isn't in the stands any more often than them either. If you're looking solely at the goals column to base that on then yeah, but there's more to it than that. He's hit the bar and posts a hell of a lot since coming back from his injury and he's had a couple of goals poached on the line by other players. Also you're only counting league goals. If you remember his goal against Ipswich in the Cup, that was a 1-on-1 of the kind Fryatt has missed loads of times and even when he's scored them, he's never hit one for us right in the corner with the power that Stewart's was.

People need to look at more than just numbers.

Left backs - Townsend, Dawson, Dudgeon
Strikers - Prozzy, Simpson, Mclean, Aluko, Fryatt when fit?

Not getting your argument, some players can be utilised elsewhere this doesnt cancel out any of the positions they can play in.

Assists and goals get you promoted, Hitting the post or striking the ball well but just not well enough to score doesnt.

I did, I watched him being infuriatingly **** for 6 months all the way through the promotion run in.

Every game the same people on here rolled out the same excuse about his injury blah blah, even Barmby sounded like a broken record on that one.

He's been back a good while now, he's had a full pre-season and he is still infuriatingly ****.
