I remember about ten years ago going to see a band in a room above a pub in East London. It was West Ham country and they were on the TV downstairs. The place was packed and the locals were singing that bubbles song. I was wearing a QPR shirt and walked right through the pub without anyone saying a word. My mate (a hammers fan) was surprised, but I wasn't. At the time we were in the third tier, crap and an irrelevance to 'big clubs' like West Ham. I'm going that way next week. Not sure I'll wear my colours though!!!![]()

They've just signed Carroll on loan!
I think people are going to hate you for nicking everyone else's transfer targets. You're signing people just for the sake of it. Typical Mark Hughes approach.
No that was signings like Nelson, Green and Johnson. Now we are finally signing some class. Ive looked at other forums and people seem pretty jealous because their clubs didnt sign the players.
I havent looked at the Arsenal forum but Im sure you could do with a CB so there will be some complaints if we get Kjaer.
We have 3 excellent CB's we don't need one. All we need is an RB, a DM and a striker.
QPR are now after Simon Kjaer and Victor Wanyama. Both of those could do a job for us.
You always looks suspect defensively and your fans have been wanting a CB, including you.

Kjaer is versatile, he wouldn't be a starter at CB, more likely fill in at RB. Wanyama would be a really nice signing though.
We haven't conceded yet this season, in 2 games you've conceded 6.
I'm a Liverpool fan. I neither like or dislike QPR. I'm not at all convinced that signing so many players in such a short period of time, regardless of quality is necessarily a good idea.
I don't dislike City for their opulence... a little jealous perhaps and dislike the fairweather fans who came out of the woodworks when they won the Sheik lottery... overall think if any club had to hit the money and it wasn't my own- couldn't happen to a nicer club. Chelsea fans get hated so much- not just for their wealth- but Mourinho ensured the club would be hated with his arrogance, which unfortunately rubbed off on a large number of the fans.
QPR I have no emotion for positive or negative... maybe slightly negative due to the fact you're a London club- but that's not your fault! (Natural North-Westerners suspicion of the South)
Ultimately- whether I like or despise you in the future will depend on how your fans react to your wealth. So far being exiled to the US I haven't encountered too many QPR fans in the last few years- and I don't run into many of you online.
If fans start hating you just for your wealth- you can rest assured that they are almost certainly hypocrites who would be more than happy should their club become rich... be nice... be respectful and don't act arrogant if you start having successes and I think the number of haters will be less than that of what Chelsea acquired. Rest assured there will be many that hate you out of jealousy anyway.
Good luck for the season.
"To get what" from a Liverpool fan. I neither attacked your club nor attacked your spending... in fact I'm pretty sure I did the opposite. Seem to be wearing paranoia glasses.
Under Dalglish we started spending stupid money on crazy transfers. It was a waste and most fans of Liverpool are disgusted by it... especially in hindsight.
