Tony Barrett has just tweeted to say the Times headline was wrong. It now only reads Adam told he can go. TB states that Cole hasn't been told anything.......:mad:
 
Hopefully Fulham will take Adam and we'll finally seal the Dempsey deal.
I really think Dempsey can do a job for us.

As for that crock Cole,let's just get him off the wage bill and see the back of him.
He's been a total waste of time and money.Very disappointing.
 
Hearing that LFC will meet MCFC's valuation for Adam Johnson (not sure what the amount is).

Also, AS Roma are inviting offers for Bojan ...

I agree Dempsey could do a job for you. But the issue is that we don't actually need Adam, so our valuation is going to be lower than yours. We'd be better off waiting for a cash only offer; if you want Dempsey, stump up the cash (I think £7-8m would seal it at this point).
 
I think we just need one striker and a winger and we're done. I think our midfield is fine with Allen,Gerrard, Lucas to start and Shelvey and Hendo for backups
 
I was hoping we would get Sahin to form a midfield trio of Sahin Lucas and Allen. Gerrard should either be playing up top or coming on a super sub.

Dempsey and Johnson could be very good additions for us. But I would also like to see a proper striker.
 
i would rather we went for 2 strikers personally

depends on what formation we play, but i think the wingers are Oussama(think spelling is right),Sterling,Suarez,Borini and Downing as well.

the only proper striker we have is Carroll(havent missed anyone have i lol),yes Borini and Suarez could do the job but they are not clinical enough for me to do that job, they are better setting up the play and scaring defences out wide.

for me we need players in the middle ie a Rush or Fowler type, if we get another winger, chances are we will not see as much of Sterling and Oussama who i want to see get games as sadly Downing will be ahead of them.

for me the finishing is the problem, we need an Adebayor or Tevez type (i mean without the attitude) players

that's my take on things anyway 2 strikers needed, no idea who though.
