Enjoyable game overall and nobody could complain that they did not get there monies worth. It was like watching Sergio Leone's classic western "The Good, The Bad and The Ugly". On another day City could have scored a handful within 90 mins. But 8 on the day is a fair start. The quality of the penalties was first class and maybe the England football team should take note. Round 2 now.

I did admit that his crossing had improved, but how can any of you say you aren't becoming infuriated with his inability to beat a man, or his lack of goalscoring ability? How many goals has he scored for us in the past 18+ months? One? Maybe two? And he's a winger FFS!

It was the beating his man bit that I couldn't understand. He did it countless times on Saturday, at one point in extra time (I think) he beat 3 men in a row and laid it off to Koren who buggered it up, and surely you remember the goal we scored that was all his work? Where he beat his man and hit the byline?
