Can't be any worse than the Pet Shop Boys, Rick Astley or George Michael. Them three were top of the charts on 21st Dec 1987 in the UK, US & Aus.

A few people with 1991 on here! Tragically, i was born in February that year, so the number 1 when i was born was The Simpson's 'Do the Bartman'. Had i been born 3 days later as expected, it would have been The Clash 'Should i stay or should i go'.

It did indeed, it was a great decade for music. Had a CD made for my 18th Birthday of songs from the year i was born (91) Some good songs on there, Bryan Adams 'Everythin i do', Nirvana 'Smells like teen spirit', The Source 'You got the love', Rozalla 'Everybody's free' and of course Chesney Hawkes 'The one and only'!
