Just posted this on another thread.

Well after watching Joe play yesterday for GB, he was the stand out performer for me. He was intelligent with the use of the ball, played it nice and easy all that I look for in a player.

He was head and shoulder better than Ramsey, even the gooners sitting next to me said what a class player young Joe was and can't fathom out why Wenger wasn't going in for him.

Must say the interplay between Caulker, Joe and Taylor was excellent.

I said before that we should cash in, but on looking what else is around then sorry, we mustn't sell Joe and any price.

Thats why I posted it it ,insert Joe's name insted of agger, now does it sound familiar

Familiar but that doesn't really mean much.

I'd believe the Skrtel rumours above the Agger ones, certainly, but I genuinely think Agger is staying.

So, Norway, it's very far from the hypocrisy you suggest. <ok>

Oh, and the money is there if the owners OK it. Henry has said it himself before.

Thats for Joe to decide, not Swansea if one of the top 5 clubs named bids £15m.

Also, saying its like the Agger speculation, it isn't, because Daniel Agger doesn't have a release clause in his contract.

And why can't it be Swansea that decides? If top clubs want to bid for Joe then it will be on our terms and not the buying club.

He still has a three year contract and we could make him honour it. We don't need the money as we live within our means by not spending stupid money on players, then for them not to play for the club.

The buy out clause - it's a failsafe that allows a prospective club to start the transfer process as long as they meet the requited amount. If Allen says yes, and the buy out clause is met, it's bye-bye Wales without any influence from Swansea.

That's my understanding of it. Could be wrong (it'll happen at some point).

So to get him you will have to pay the release clause and as soon as a Liverpool bid comes in to trigger this, then this will open up the market place.

Will be interesting to see what Huw say's about Rodgers returning for our players whilst there IS an agreement between the two clubs. He has all ready come out saying basically that he's pissed off with Rodgers about tapping up young Joe.

arrogance at such a young age is not an attractive trait

Im amazed at how the Liverpool fans are so well versed in ;-

1. Joe Allens contract (must have been talking to Brenden in that gay bar )
2. Brenden Rodgers/LFC written agreement between the two clubs RE the non release of our playing staff for a year.

Unless you guys work for LFC then you really know as much as the next man, which is nothing! im all for debating it out and pondering the "what if's" but i honestly think there is not much in this story for a couple of weeks at least.
If Huw Jenkins wants to dig his heels in over this deal beleive me he will!! the wording of our clubs statement does sound ominous for you guys and im guessing that things wont be going your way in this transfer 100%

Joe Allen is key of course,Liverpool are doing their talking/tapping up through the media and Swansea City will act with their usual class and wait until the boy is finished trying to win his country a Gold medal in the Olympics, i can almost smell Brendens desperation on this transfer..hope he fails <ok>

We both know nothing <ok>

I'm getting sick of the speculation to be honest. Want something decisive, **** the transfer window, honestly, it drives me insane.

You don't know where my info comes from so you have no idea how much I know.

Lets see if I'm right come September based on what I've been told then we can say how much I do or don't know.

1) Joe Allen will be a LFC player come September so long as the release clause is triggered.
2)Spurs won't even put in an official bid.
3) Brendans can't bid clause count's for sweet FA and won't hinder him getting Allen and its still unclear if its even a formal written agreement or just a verbal one.
4) In the unlikely event this goes to the courts Joe's clause will win out.

If I'm wrong I'll humbley apologise but I have 100% and trust in who is telling me this and they would know thanks to brendans big gob.

i know i'm an arsenal fan and don't know much about the situation but i've heard rodgers agreement to not purchase a player from swansea only hold for as long as another club doesn't register their interest in purchasing allen or any other swansea player. I'm guessing the other club is spurs though i may well be wrong on both accounts.

One thing is right, it all depends on the chairman. If he digs in Allen won't go anywhere. He's not to be messed with
