i just meant id like to see stripes but without the weird edges on the stripes.. also black on the top/shoulders like in the wolfsberg shirt

Fair dos hullborn! I was well confused, but yeah, it would look much nicer with clean edges on the stripes, and black shoulders probs would look good.

I was too bored so I did a rush job of how our shirt would look in that design (Sorry for the low quality, its only meant to give you a basic idea). Dont know if totesport will still be our sponsor though.

It'll be plain next season, AP's old insistance that either we switched between stripes and plain each season or the season tickets would need to go up by about £30 to generate the same revenue.

If we ever get a striped one from adidas again we should insist that the stripes are on the back as well. It looks like 2 different shirts have been stuck together this season.

With a plain amber home shirt I'd quite like us to use the same template for the away kit as we have this year. Make it black instead of white, and get all the trim to be the same colour instead of 2 or 3 different shades of amber.
 
I'd love us to have a black away shirt similar to the liverpool one. Liking the look of the photoshop jobbie on the one above, looks smart that.

love it ! :-) thats exactly what i was thinking too. id be more than happy to wear that next season.
 
That shirt done by LukasHCFC is what i'd hoped we would get this season, with the stripes also on the back too. OLM posted on here before that AP had admitted this season's wasn't the best and a bit of a rush job. Don't know how much say the club will have on the design though, would be nice to have something other than a simple shirt shared with teams like Wigan and Stoke.
 
I have always prefered the stripes. The 04/05 "centenary" shirts are my favourite of recent times. For away, I like the light blue (colours of the City of Kingston upon Hull) that on a couple of occasions have been the primary kits.

The one that hullborn suggested(and Lukas mocked up) looks very good to me, way better than the current one. The black sleeves look good and I hate the tyre track stripes that we've got now, I'm surprised there's been no news on the new sponsor yet.
 
Tropical Knights that takes me back! Its a real shame all that area has closed down, wasnt it because people kept falling/jumping in marina?! Thats the nicest part of Hull - it could be quite a hotspot

usually the logo says Tiger Beer i think, maybe if we removed the "beer" it would be approved ?
 
I really liked the pinstriped PL shirt. It looked like a premier league shirt, I always think the stripes (although I love them) make the shirt look old fashioned and like a lower league club.

Stoke has stripes, Sunderland has stripes, Newcastle has stripes, West Brom has stripes

I agree with most people who like the traditional black and amber striped shirt but I suggest it should be acompanied with black shorts. White just doesn't go right. As the away kit however, why change a winning combination (15 and counting) of all white?
