He passed their fit and proper test when he took over.

Yes he was a gangster who run us into the ground but we have yet to hear how he passed the fit and proper test in the 1st place, or who in the SFA gave him the nod.

<laugh> do you have a source/link/quotation/evidence.......anything ?

Murray gave him " the nod " . It was only Murrays responsibility under the rules, no one else, nothing to do with the sfa....was that a dream you had ? unfortunately poor murray was " duped " <laugh> aye right

And this, from the same organisation that were told by members of the old Board that Craig Whyte was up to no good.

The SFA KNEW he wasn't a fit and proper person yet failed to act.

Who is being held to account for that within the SFA ?

New chant .. SFAK!

Disciplinary Charge 2The Tribunal found this charge proven.

This relates to Disciplinary Rule 2 which provides that Rangers FC failed to procure that Mr Craig Whyte acted in accordance with Disciplinary Rule 1 by failing to disclose his disqualification.

Charge 2 alleges a breach of Disciplinary Rule 2 by failing to procure that (Mr Craig Whyte) acted in accordance with Disciplinary Rule 1 in “failing to disclose to the Scottish FA his disqualification” from being a director.

The charge imposes an absolute liability on the member to procure compliance and a failure to procure compliance therefore amounts to a breach of the rule. The circumstances of that failure are irrelevant to establishing the breach but may affect any sanction imposed.

Article 10(1)(b) requires Rangers FC to confirm that Mr Craig Whyte is a fit and proper person.

As regards the member club Rangers FC, the form was completed thus:
“I, Secretary of the Club detailed in page 1, confirm that the information supplied above is complete true and accurate (emphasis added) and that Articles 10 (emphasis added), 13, 14, and 15 have been complied with.”

Mr Gary Withey signed the form on 20 May 2011 on behalf of Rangers FC in his capacity as Company Secretary.

According to Fat sally you have "Under 21" players...6 to be precise.

<yikes> My work crew gets enough to play seven a sides - both teams play each other and half of them are huns <laugh>

I reckon some of them would be good enough to play in the third divisioin too <whistle>
