    He will be claiming that the players are part of the assets that he purchased. Also read somewhere that he said the contracts which agreed cut price release fees stated they would transfer over to the newco.

    Either because they don't look up, don't have any runners to find or aren't in a position to cross. It's not their job to defend or tippy tappy around in midfield and its us asking them to do that which compromise their abiility to run at defenders.

    it may not be as simple as that. I am not 100%, but TUPE is applied to protect the employees when a company is brought from administration. I am not sure how much it protects the new employer though.

    PFA have already said the players are within their rights to move. Scot FA will investigate and then if they don't act to process registrations the courts or FIFA will force them. No problem.

    SFA are ready to give the players temporary clearance, then decide what to do. Surely if they didn't think it was right they would block it all together?.

    From my understanding of Company law Tupe is applied to protect the current work force to ensure they are allowed to stay in the same job with the new administration how ever employees would have to sign a new contract. If they refuse then they are effectively resigning. Personnel cannot be sold as assets (Slavery laws) however if Rangers had been bought out as Rangers then it would have been deemed that their contracts had been bought out by the new owners. As this is a new company then under English law at least their old contracts would have been null and void. Note the word English law guys........
