I certainly wouldn't mind having him back if we can't get mannone. You can start nit picking about who is better at what but he's a good keeper who has done well since leaving us.

That is probably one of the finest goalkeeping performances that the Premier League has ever witnessed. You forget from the clip just how many first class saves Myhill made. His moto for the day 'Thou shalt not pass'.

Myhill single handedly earnt us that point.

I'd have him back for certain, £750k for a keeper of his quality is peanuts.

Couldn't agree more with all of that, and we got promoted with him so to go on about his distribution is a bit nit picky in my book

Never go back! And his distribution is extremely poor a long with his aerial ability to collect crosses.

Iv'e asked this recently on a different thread, where lots of people were saying it. Ah yes the question of whether we'd like Phil Brown back or not. I got no answer,i think because nobody knows the answer. The cliche, never go back ! Why ? Deano did ! Barmby ! Turned out alright for us there i believe. So why not go back ? Tell me.

Bo is still relatively young for a keeper too.

Who created the cliche Never go Back, seems pretty dim witted as lots of clubs would beg to have players they used to have back, prime example, I can't see any Brighton fan not wanting Zamora back

    LOL

He's a good manager who has somehow built up a negative and rather unfair reputation, but he is certainly not the type to play good, passing football.

I'd rather watch us win games with good counter attacking football rather than Spains's extremely boring one touch triangle football, I may get some greif for this but Barcelona and Spain are sometimes unbearable to watch as it's that boring, look at Man City and Chelsea, still good passing teams but they do it in a high tempo way meaning they will lose the ball but when they get it back they are straight on the attack trying to create a goal. Seriously all I heard for 90 minutes last night was "Xavi to Iniesta, back to Xavi, across to Xabi Alonso, to Silva, good touch, to Xavi". Does anyone else find this ****ing boring to watch?

Myhill was very good for us this season.

His kicking wasn't bad and he was pretty good at dealing with crosses, as well as making some top saves.

Having said that, he did have a better defence in front of him than he would at Hull, and a much better goalkeeping coach.

Are you a Birmingham fan, in that case your defense wasn't better than ours by any means

Considering you don't have a player anywhere near the quality of Curtis Davies, and Spector and Murphy would most likely start for you, I'd say our defence is better.

We have the best defence in the league when our first choice CBs Chester and Hobbs played.
