Plain one season then stripes the next? I did like the shirt the season we went into premier league, I also liked the shirt we wore during our first season there.
Those wanting Umbro back - Nike have put Umbro up for sale, so don't expect the current standard of 'simple, clean and tailored' to remain for much longer. As long as we don't end up with cheap looking stuff like Macron, I'm sure most of us will be happy. Kappa seem to be making some OK kits recently, and don't seem to differ depending on league - pretty certain Fulham and Wycombe both had the same standard of kit/design.
I don't understand all the fawning over having adidas kit though , their designs are all the same , no imagination , no effort at all Some of the macron kits actually look better
im starting to agree with that. I dont understand why its too much to ask to have a bespoke shirt. a little 1904 on e back, or the tigers on the sleeve or something
Thinking about it, you know those pictures we saw of Evans etc... looking like they were back in training. They were probably just in to model the new kit.
Anyone seen Liverpools new shirt? Made by Warrior, who I'd never even heard of. Saw someone wearing it today, quite basic but I like it. Certainly better than that horrible shiny one they wore last season.
If the shirt is plain amber (as expected) then it won't have the box any more, but if it's still stripes, expect to see the box again. I've never understood it either, same with player's contracts. How can you have the option of a second year? It's not like 1 normal contract doesn't have that option. I don't see the big deal with that one, it was just a generic stripey shirt, like the two stripeys we've had since then. Nothing special about it at all.
My sons football team had a Macron kit a couple of seasons ago. Total dog ****. If people think the quality of Adidas is bad then they've seen nothing. Macron not only looks ****e, it is ****e.

http://www.hullcityafc.net/page/NewsDetail/0,,10338~2810615,00.html I for one like it. It's a completely different design to anything we have had in years. Looks very smart and if Koren is modelling it, he surely knows he will be here for the foreseeable future.
i've preferred the away shirts in the past few seasons... wondering if we'll stick with blue or go black or white... i think the team will look good but I don't like the fact that it doesn't symbolise tigers anymore... Although I suppose black and amber stripes weren't the best looking thing to wear.
