I think there is so much stress being a manager it is a wonder this doesn't happen more often. I remember it happening during a game to the late great Jock Stein, and many of them seem to be on the point of exploding at times.
They've had a ludicrous amount of poor luck in the last year - losing Giuseppe Rossi for a large chunk of the season, then he picks up a new injury when he returns to training that rules him out until at least next January, with relegation and Champions league humiliation thrown into the mix.
