On a more important note, why is General Chat so quiet today (apart from that damn Creationism thread)?
Edge is doing a Follow Follow. He heard a rumour that Hibs fans sung the famine song on 606 now he's going to ram it down our throats as fact until half of the hunnish fraternity spout it as absolute fact. Even if it is true it still doesn't make it tasteful nor politically correct to tell everyone of Irish decent in Scotland to go home. If I sung the Plantation is over, why don't you go home to the million British people who live in the north of Ireland, and don't see themselves as Irish I'd be rightly seen as a bigot.
Just like Neil Lennon is a bigot, because he once said 'Orange bastard' to an unnamed person in an unnamed location who's granny posts on Follow Follow.
On a more important note, why is General Chat so quiet today (apart from that damn Creationism thread)?

Do you Timothy community believe that Rangers fans, as a group, want the Irish Catholic community to be deported?
Answer the ****ing question
Neil Lennon is on YouTube spitting on a Rangers scarf and shouting Orange Bastards at the Rangers bench, does that make him a bigot? I couldn't give a ****.
If you sang the Plantation is over, why don't you go home, does that make you a bigot? Not in my opinion, though some would construe it as being so in this pathetic Old Firm point scoring excercise.
It's ****ing pathetic, it was sang as a football WUM, it only became a problem after you got beat at the Piggery.
It's gay as ****, the nation is turning into a land of permanently offended whiny woman, looking at and over-analysing every single thing until they find something to get offended about.
Do you Timothy community believe that Rangers fans, as a group, want the Irish Catholic community to be deported?
Answer the ****ing question
I don't know what the "Timothy community" is so I can only answer the question on my own behalf.
Do I believe that Gers fans singing the famine song are indulging in wummery or sarcasm? No I don't because that would imply they had a sense of humour of a modicum of intelligence.
If someone is singing a racist song then the chances are that it is because he is a racist bigot.

Zilla, we've had all this ****e before.
Where do you stop deducting points, it seems to me that the offended won't stop until we are all sitting in stadiums together holding hands and shouting "tally-ho old bean"
When the Embras come to Glasgow and sing that we only have one shoe, and eat rats as a treat, does that get a point deduction?
Or when our wooly friends from the North come down, and we suggest that they shag sheep, does that merit a deduction?
Point deductions will never happen, yes I long for the day when Rangers fans sing songs about the team instead of the pathetic ****e about something that 95% of those singing about it, don't have a ****ing clue what they are singing about.
But dunderheids will be dunderheids.
Rangers should come out and tell supporters group that from the start of next season, they will not accept away tickets if there is sectarian singing at away grounds.
Did you see the pricks on YouTube singing about Tommy Burns? I know the fat **** in the 2nd clip.
And he's a total bampot, I phoned him a couple of weeks ago, and he didn't give a ****, that he was getting death threats and was about to lose his job through his misconduct, that's how ****ing thick these ****s are.
Noticed that no one has answered my earlier question.

Don't talk ****e Rebelbhone, keep your bitter personal experience of NI out of this.
Scotland has many mixed marriages/houses etc.
That wasn't the question Dev, once again, you're showing your lack of understanding of the basic English language.
Do you Dev, believe that Rangers fans want or wish that all Catholics of Irish stock, should be rounded up and deported?
I'll type that again, just so you understand what I am asking.
Do you Dev, believe that Rangers fans want or wish that all Catholics of Irish stock, should be rounded up and deported?
Also, you do know what the Timothy Community is, or are you WUMMING again?![]()
When i'm wumming you'll know it.
In answer to your question. The "people" singing the Famine song are asking/suggesting people of Irish stock go back to Ireland. Whether or not they actually mean it literally is another matter, but the famine song has been deemed to be Racist in a court of law - and a subsequent appeal - so they are indulging in Racism in the eyes of the Law, they are therefore guilty of Racism and have been since 2008 at least.
I'd agree with that, but doesn't really matter in the grand scheme of things.
The Rangers fans who sing these songs are going to cost the club big time unless they stop acting like kids and see what they are doing to the club and it's decent fans.
If I were Bain, I'd tell the fans that we are not accepting briefs for Rangers away games and ban the support for a season.
Won't happen though.
I don't have any bitter experiences thanks.
You sing a song you don't mean then? is that it? Its irony. You welcome the Irish community with open arms is that it?
