Isn't Xisco rumoured to be the first "known" gay footballer? Then again, I'll take that with a pinch of salt, because he's rumoured to actually exist as well...
They're both players who stuck around for the duration of their contract. They're not "parasites" at all.
If you want to blame anyone for it blame the people who handed them these deals.
I dunno if it's true but I heard that he has a pay as you play clause in his contract ... the only problem is that it's us who have to pay around £50k (to Deportivo? to his agent?) whenever he plays for us
