It's just part of the program, everybody gets the same message with the appropriate number of bars. Your six bars say, Obo Wan is known to all.

My eight bars say Agent Bruce is a splendid one to behold. ( But we all knew that anyway.)

ACS's bars say Albert's Chip Shop has a brilliant future. Everybody with the same amount of bars gets the same message as each other.
