Watching this Liverpool team is shocking. The midfield is pathetic. Take Gerrard out and they are lower prem/ championship players

Agreed. Although I do like Shelvey. Think he'll be a top player in the future but not yet. They definitely over-paid for not a great amount of talent. Before they would rely on Gerrard and Torres, and £100 million later, they're relying on Gerrard and Suarez.

 

Poor Spearing was way out of his depth today.

 

Difference between when they used to rely on Gerrard and Torres compared to now is Gerrard is always injured now and not the same player he was then. He is still class now buy still not the same.

And Torres back in his Liverpool days was miles better then Suarez

 

Henderson is absolutely awful.

Blackburn is a good away ground, went there in the eighties a few times and the police take you straight to that pub! you get a good escort to the ground 15 mins before kick off!
