That's easy skipper. The match thread hates you, and is trying to destroy your brain slowly Hope this helps
Dear Dave, I was very drunk on saturday night. Come sunday morning I woke up next to something that you're more likely to see in a Zoo. I now have a virus. Help.
All rep power is whether other prople rate your posts basically. A bit like the start ratings you used to get on the old 606.
Dave - I can see you have added the Keep Calm and Bring on Grant Holt poster like I had for my signature but I was going to add some pics of the great man too to go along with it but was under the impression that you could only add one image only. I can see that you have two pictures in your signature - Please enlighten me
I clicked on 'edit signature' moved the cursor to the end of 'badge' url, clicked a couple of spaces, then clicked on insert an image icon, entered the url of the new image, clicked 'save' and you can see the result!
I tried to follow your advice Dave but I cannot find any 'insert an image' icon. Do you mean the 'link' icon? I've tried that but to no avail as of yet. I will keep trying to see if I can remedy the situation! Perhaps you have extra icons at your disposal being a mod? That or I'm overlooking something really obvious!!!
Chris, if you look along the top of the reply box, 3rd from the right is what looks like a picture frame, hover your cursor over that and you'll get the message "insert image" - try it now, just to make sure you're on the correct icon!
Dave! Maestro! (Also I typed 'DAVE! MAESTRO!' all in capitals then it went into almost all lower case. Please explain?)
Wonky, Here's the replies so far from the other Mods on here. 1. Tags are meant for organising information i.e. linking threads in to categories. Obviously beyond the context of not606 users 2. It is a fault somewhere in the site set up. Most posters will not be aware of it. I can not remember if it happens in quick reply or go advanced. Your poster will need to do the opposite before typing to resolve the issue. RE Tags: Usually they're just fun comments about the particular post they're posted on. And from the Newcastle board: A selection of tags for a fund raising cause on our board. all the best, dig deep, give generously, good luck badger, good luck mate, keep it coming in guys, stay strong, very worthy cause, worthy cause, £400 up Hope this helps Wonky.
I don't feel the need to post them or read them, their function is beyond my comprehension and makes no difference to my enjoyment of the site! You could say tags are on my ignore list!
