You are right , it IS a stupid arguement .

Some think he is good enough and hes playing great ( or will play great within the next 5 years <whistle> )

Some think he is NOT good enough and playing poorly.

I said the thread should be closed but we seem to go round and round .

oh well .

Which Villa game? In the Cup game, he started from the middle. And away from home he was also in the middle. Against Everton he was in the middle with Rosicky on the left.

The game before QPR, he came in for Gervinho. And I guess that was the game that inspired Wenger's decision to play him on the left against QPR...

This is the point exactly. Our midfield is doing well. There are a handful of games left. No one needs resting. What is the point of playing someone who is out of form, especially playing them out of position?
I do agree. At this stage of the season, there is no need to change our winning formula. It's very stupid if we do. Against QPR, we took that risk, put Ramsey in an unfamiliar position (and was already not playing well as it was) and we lost.

Surely that's then point then? Ramsey has been playing in the team that have won the last 8 out of 9, so why would you drop him?

read it fast and laughed a lot....... BTW ... my late mother and sisters insist I crawled at 5 months walked properly at 10 months and have been a pain in the arse ever since <laugh> .... some of you might agree ????

My son was playing in organised (teams, shirts and schedules) games of football aged 2 years and 8 months. Most were aged 4 or 5. My wife was helping organise it, so he got in.

Not sure it wasn't close to child abuse, but he seemed to enjoy it.
