Why do we want to chop and change our team so drastically. Look at Norwich and Swansea, they kept their squad and added shrewdly throughout the season, that way introducing a few players at a time and avoiding geling issues which many previously promoted teams (and QPR) have suffered from.

Personally I think we need a full back and a midfielder and possibly a centre back.

Yes, it's worked before. But do you think Cortese will risk relegation after working hard to get in the Premier League? I think Adkins will get how much he wants if I'm honest.

MightySouthampton - Good to see you're alive and kicking. Ever since your transfer day debacle, you've gone on to better things! (Watch this guy <.<)
 
Also need to take into account that you can have an unlimited amount of players under the age of 21. So we would still be able to use the likes of Shaw, Ward-Prowse, Stephens, Chambers etc if they are ready.
