Fair enough with the McCoist thing, but you could argue Lennon could have been sacked himself last season,but for the external stuff he couldn't control. I mean he said himself at the weekend that winning cups doesn't cut it you have to win the league. So the pair of them are similar in that they kept their jobs without any real success in their first season (admittedly Lennon won a cup and was up against a vastly more experienced and successful boss like Smith). Maybe Spurs will keep Redknapp and Lennon will get the England job! I actually think Lennon will leave in the summer, that's not me trying to provoke a response just my personal opinion. What route do you think is best for a manager to follow though? Just take over a top club or work your way up through the ranks?

The Paisley and Greenock papers are the stuff of legend. My favourite Paisley headlines include. Skeleton mugger baffles cops (a guy in an actual skeleton costume was mugging folk in toon) Shoe stealing gang claim yet another victim (turned out that this gang weren't actually heroin-crazed nuggets selling shoes but a bunch of reasonably heeled students claiming trophies) They've used the word "rammy" in a headline several times.
"Local shopkeeper shot with crossbow again" - It's a shop just across from my high school. Jav (massive perv) must have got shot by a crossbow 4 or 5 times in robberies.
