I suppose now is not the time to remind folks of Saints history.......back in the 60's there was a season when Saints just needed 3 points from 5 games for automatic promotion. All 5 games were mid table down. We didn't get them and were not promoted......Hence the rumour went round that Saints didn't really want promotion which persisted for quite a few seasons until at last we were promoted. That was not because we didn't have a good team but we always seem to fail on the run in. We always seemed to be there or there abouts. What is the difference today you might ask.....none really except maybe we know the bosses want that promotion perhaps. The team are frightened of no one maybe.....We are not quite as gung ho as we were in those day's. Lets take each match as it comes....at least everything at the moment is in our own hands.......

I find it quite reassuring that it still doesn't quite add-up for Beddy.......<laugh>

Beddy, have you ever spent any time in the belly of a whale?

Lol, good one.

I don't think any nagging doubts are anything to do with Saints. They are all in your heads. We can quote the history, the present, the whatever, and those that doubt will continue to doubt, and those that don't will also continue. All I can say to those that doubt is... put the bone down, and stop worrying it. Saints will not perform a jot better or worse for your illogical concern.

Come on, sort yourselves out..!

A hydrogen atom lost an electron. Are you sure asked the helium. Yes I am positive answered the hydrogen atom.

i told my girlfriend that i had contracted aids. "are you sure?" she asked. "I'm not just sure, I'm HIV positive" I replied.

one thing ive noticed is our bad run coincided with us not playing a saturday 3:00 home game, which we had to wait from the 19th nov to 11th feb for, almost exactly from the start to finish of our bad run. Our final 3pm home game of the season was against donny and the signs since then havent exactly been promising. Hopefully just a ridiculously strange coincidence that will be put right in the next two games with 6 points. COYR
