Saw the stats at half time in the Gateshead game, and have to say I thought even though we were 1-0 down, we'd get at least a point, the next I'd heard we were 3-0 down.
A very concise review of Libya: Patrick Baz, AFP's Middle East photo manager, tells the New York Times' Lens blog about covering the conflict: "I think it's the only conflict I've covered where I don't understand. It's very, very, very weird what's going on. Why is the rebellion not supported by the former army that supposedly joined them? Where are the special forces of this army? There's not a single unit in this rebellion that is organised." Bodes well for a quick finish.
Morning all Really busy at work(although it's starting to ease off slightly as our contract with the council nears it's end) The wife had an interview last week and she was offered the job but turned it down, as since the interview they had reduced the hours and wouldn't increase the hourly rate as promised. I still don't know what is happening at my work. I'm thinking of using my gritting/ploughing experience and moving somewhere that has snow all year round
Certainly is. I've got my moderately offensive t-shirt on and enjoyed the walk down the Thames into work this morning. Short skirts are out as well!
I've got the star. please log in to view this image Doesn't look as happy as the 606 one but still. please log in to view this image
"Shearer's eBar For the long time posters you might be familar with the concept, it was a place to post with anything that wasn't enough to deserve its own thread" It's very clear that RIP Barton's Tash does not grasp the concept of any idea he has is not worthy of its own article.
