    IPs can be tricky sometimes. Whole complexes, blocks of flats and university campus' can share a single IP if it all goes through one connection, so you never quite know for sure.

    Well my ISP is sky, I live in a semi-detached house in a suburb estate and although i have surfed not606 on a few public networks through my laptop and android app i wouldnt expect anyone else to be using the site on that network
